:
For those of you guys out there who need motivational help in exercising, Issho-ni Training puts you in the company of bra-less Hinako who'll work out with you... (no, not on you...)Thousands of otakus have jumped on the wagon to Amazon.com to get their hands on this anime DVD for a modest ¥2,100 (approx. S$33.00).
Sankaku advised to expect a rapid succession of sequels and the inevitable game adaptions to following... A very good Marketing franchise is born...

View the anime clip below and judge for yourself how much you'll be attracted to the fluid motion of the charminly athletic Hinako~

DVD is available at Amazon Japan here: Issho-ni Training.

Watch the Otaku below as he follows the workout routine with Hinako:

Q: Also good for learning how to say in Japanese from 1 until 24...

Katana & Girl

Katana & Girl
via Dannychoo

Those with a penchant for Katana + Girl would be delighted to know that ladies are signing up for classes of Sword swinging in Japan... lets hope the sports will be imported over here.
Below, the reporter joins of the the 2 hour classes to investigate. The class starts with some demonstration fights. After practising basic movements, swords are passed out to the students so they can try out some techniques. At the end of the lesson, students use what they learned to act out a sword battle scene.
Proofs to be a good workout and helps improve posture.

Stan-Chart 2008 Runner's Pak

Stan-Chart 2008 Runner's Pak
Presenting the Standard Charter Marathon 2008 Runner's Pak!
(View the previous year's here)

1) Gym Bag
This year's gym bag is uglier than last year's... material is still cheap (I didn't expect much la...), but good thing is that it still has that separate shoe compartment at the side. Useful feature.
2) Runner's Bib
My number!
behind the Bib... in case of emergency... paramedics will have all the information they need.
3) Runner's Singlet
the much anticipated singlet colour...
Well the blue colour this year is nicer though... althought I'd prefer some green stripes...4) Freebies
Berocca Vitamin C drink x 01... (last year they gave 2...)
Snack Bar x 01
Deep Heating Rub x 01
Audi Wrist Sweat band x 015) Waste Paper
Lets head on to the Race-Pak Collection Day~
11:45pm... Before the collection timing... early birds were already queuing up...
the queue extends from the entrance of Hall 5....... past Hall 6....
... and all the way until the lobby area from where the EXPO MRT station enters from...
After a good 15 mins... finally zombied my way in...
just look at the crowd~~~
somehow... the Volunteers' uniform (by Adidas) looks very nice too~
Its times like these that we appreciate that people collect many of these paks on behalf of their friends / relatives... really cuts the queue shorter...
zoomed-in view of the store behind...across the counters...
I tell you, the girls at the counters are so over-friendly that I would label the "Oh-So-Teh" sticker on them... too sweet~
beside the collection area in Hall 5... there were related exhibitions and sales...
all the sports and running gears...
oh, spotted some girls skating away and trying out some slaloms.... made me tingle with the urge to join them! (Not the girls, but the slalom) Too bad I didn't bring my skates along~
Audi A4... win this home...
